Personal Training

On top of being a Sports Therapist, Tom is also a qualified Personal Trainer. Tom is qualified to REPs Level 3. By hiring Tom as a Personal Trainer you can achieve multiple different goals, whether it be weight loss, increasing muscle mass, improve body shape or just generally get a bit fitter.

Tom does Personal Training online for clients. This involves having a consultation to discuss what you want to achieve from your training, how many times a week you can train and liked/disliked exercises. After this Tom will then design a programme for you to be doing over the course of either four or six weeks. All exercises will be available on an app with video demonstrations and the number of required sets and reps or time for each exercise.

Throughout the programme, Tom will be in regular contact to help you achieve your goals. Tom will also be available throughout in case you need any help with your training or advice on nutrition.
